REED SMITH - PARTNER RETREAT

CLIENT: REED SMITH

PROJECT: PARTNER RETREAT 2025

YEAR: 2025

12 CITIES. 30 DAYS. ONE GLOBAL STORY.

THE ASK

Reed Smith needed more than event coverage. They needed a unifying story that could travel with them. The 2025 Partner Retreat spanned 12 cities in 30 days, including London, with partners moving fast, agendas packed, and no margin for disruption.

Our job was to capture the scale, momentum, and humanity of the firm without slowing it down.

THE CHALLENGE

Here’s the thing. Global firms don’t stop for cameras. This retreat moved city to city, culture to culture, timezone to timezone. Each stop had its own energy, but the story still had to feel cohesive. Polished, yes. But human. Real. And worthy of a firm operating at a global level.

THE APPROACH

We built a lightweight, documentary-first production model designed for constant motion.

  • Small footprint crews.
  • Fast turnarounds.
  • A clear visual language that held across continents.

Rather than treating each city as a standalone shoot, we treated the entire retreat as one continuous narrative. Leadership moments. Side conversations. The in-between energy that never shows up on an agenda but defines the experience.

London wasn’t a destination. It was a chapter.

WHAT WE CAPTURED

  • Executive sessions and keynote moments
  • Partner interactions across offices and venues
  • Cultural texture unique to each city
  • A consistent cinematic look that traveled globally

Everything was designed to feel intentional, not overproduced. Confident, not flashy.

DELIVERABLES

  • Hero retreat film
  • Modular cutdowns for internal and external use
  • A visual library Reed Smith can continue to use long after the retreat

RESULTS

A global law firm seen as it actually operates. Connected. Human. In motion.

The final work gave Reed Smith a narrative asset that matched the scale of the firm and the ambition of its leadership. Not just a recap of where they went, but a statement about who they are.

WHY IT MATTERS

Global stories break when production can’t keep up. This one didn’t.

Untitled is built for projects that move fast, cross borders, and still demand craft. When the schedule is relentless and the expectations are high, we know how to keep the story intact.
